MedFluid service will start from the customer's demand and provide customers with microfluidic chip design, development, manufacturing and packaging services. Our mainly technology were automated microfluidic systems based on integrated pneumatic membrane-type microfluidic chips. At the same time, we also offer in-house platform for secondary development and design with microfluidic chip, collaborating on a new product.

Customer Requirements

Confirm the functional specifications and acceptance specifications required by customers.
The technical plan would be discussed and quoted in few weeks.

R&D Verification

Microfluidic systems design including initial feasibility analysis, proof of concept, fabrication and testing.
The chip design and development would be finished within 6 months.

Engineering Test

The DFM project provide mold manufacturing, mold repair, process fixture and chip function verification.
The project would be generally completed within 3 months.

Manufacturing

Chip trial mass production and packaging would be manufacturing and shipment in 3-4 months.
